What is the womb healing practitioner training?

This is a practitioner training for healers, therapists, coaches and wellness guides who want to work with the deepest roots of trauma and memory. It runs as three months of live training, then three months of continued handholding while you put the work into practice. You learn the nine stages of womb imprints, how to trace them to a client’s present-day challenges, how to guide regression and release safely, and how to integrate the modality into the practice you already run. Twelve weekly live classes of 120 minutes on Zoom, four live demonstrations, supervised practice, and lifetime access to the recordings.

01  ·  Womb healing

What is womb healing?

The earliest layers of our experience begin before we have language or conscious memory. The environment around conception, pregnancy, birth and early life can influence how we experience safety, belonging, separation, rejection, connection and survival.

Think of the mind and body like a closet. Some experiences are visible. Others are packed away so deeply that we do not even know they are there. Womb work is like carefully opening that closet.

  1. Womb regression

We open the closet. When your mother was still in her mother’s womb, she already carried the egg that would one day become you. Early research in epigenetics suggests that what your grandmother lived through in that pregnancy may have left its mark on you too.

So womb regression does not stop at your own nine months in the womb. We go back to where the story first began to take root, slowly, and only as far as feels safe. Nothing is forced. We reach the earliest imprints and understand what is there before we move anything.

  2. Womb healing

We work with what we find. Inside are the emotions, beliefs and patterns connected to the imprint. Some you have carried for so long that they feel like part of you. Gently, we release what holds you back and no longer serves you. What is left is room for what aligns with you.
  3. Womb regeneration

We create space for something new. Clearing what you have carried is not the end of the work. Once there is more space, you can begin to ask questions that had no room before:

    • What do I choose now?
    • How do I want to live?
    • What kind of relationships do I want to create?
    • What feels safe for me now?
    • Who am I becoming when I am no longer organising my life around what I inherited or survived?

Regeneration begins here. We work with new decisions, conscious identity creation and future embodiment. The aim is more than imagining a different life. It is to help your body and nervous system begin to recognise a different way of being.

The space that opens is yours. And what you create in it is yours to choose.

The three movements of womb work, in order.
  1. Regression
  2. Healing
  3. Regeneration

02  ·  Why womb healing

Some struggles begin before we have the words to explain them.

Our life stories begin long before memory. Even before birth, we carry the unspoken narratives of our mother’s womb, her fears, grief, joy and trauma, imprinted into the nervous system. These imprints shape our deepest patterns: belonging, safety, survival, love, rejection and grief.

Years later, they can surface as struggles that seem to have no beginning:

  • Fear of abandonment, rejection and separation
  • Feeling unwanted, unseen or unchosen
  • Difficulty trusting and feeling safe in relationships
  • Difficulty with intimacy, connection and belonging
  • Unresolved grief, loss and a sense of something missing
  • Feeling unworthy, not good enough or undeserving
  • Difficulty knowing who you are and making conscious choices
  • Difficulty expressing needs, receiving support and holding boundaries
  • Survival fears, uncertainty and the need to control
  • Difficulty creating, receiving and holding money
  • Repeating patterns despite consciously wanting something different
  • Feeling disconnected from the body, emotions and pleasure

You may recognise a client in that list. You may recognise yourself.

Womb healing lets us explore these early layers and understand how they may connect with what a person is living through today. The intention is not to force memories or create stories.

It is to gently access, understand and work with early-life imprints.

For an explanation aimed at clients rather than practitioners, including where the science does and does not support this, see the womb healing page.

03  ·  Why this training

Why this womb healing training?

A certain kind of client defeats otherwise excellent practitioners. You do good inner child work and the fear does not move, because the fear predates childhood. You trace the family system accurately and the client still cannot feel entitled to exist, because that conclusion was formed before they were born. This training is built for that layer.

Here is what it gives you.

  1. A nine-stage early-life map

Most womb work teaches four imprints. Here you learn nine distinct stages, from nine months before conception through the first six years of life. The difference is not academic: a client’s difficulty usually traces to a conclusion drawn at one particular stage, and the work differs depending on which.

  2. Learn to trace the imprint

Reaching an early-life experience is only half the skill. You learn to trace its echoes into a client’s present-day struggles, patterns and relationships, so you know where the therapeutic work begins.

  3. Regression, healing, regeneration

Revisiting an imprint is not the end point. The complete framework takes a client from regression, through working with what emerges, to regeneration: new possibilities for safety, connection, belonging and self-expression.

  4. From foundations to advanced practice

You do not need to arrive knowing anything about womb work. Class 1 starts with the theory and the nine imprints, and by the final classes you are working with complex cases and holding the complete process yourself.

  5. Live learning, not recorded content

A recording cannot answer your question. Every one of the twelve classes is live, which means you can stop me, ask why, and bring a case of your own while the step is still in front of you. The recordings are yours for life afterwards, for revision.

  6. Four live demonstrations

You will not only be told how the process works. You will watch it happen. Four live sessions unfold in real time, across different clients and contexts, so you see what is done and how the practitioner thinks, responds and navigates the process.

  7. Learn through cases, not just concepts

Concepts are easy to agree with and hard to apply. Real case insights and case-study discussions run through the training, so you see how an imprint shows up in an actual person before you meet it in your own client.

  8. Complex cases are part of the training

Real clients rarely arrive with a textbook story. You learn how the framework adapts to IVF, surrogacy, adoption, twins, miscarriage, abortion and stillbirth, so a complicated history does not leave you guessing.

  9. Learn the practitioner’s eye

A protocol tells you the steps. It cannot tell you what to do when a client surprises you. You learn how to listen, assess, connect the dots, respond, and make therapeutic decisions within the framework.

  10. Doubt-clearing, built in

Confusion left alone turns into hesitation with a client. One class is kept entirely for your questions and your difficult cases, so your doubts are resolved before you move into supervised practice.

  11. Supervised practice: from knowing to doing

Understanding a process and holding it with a real person are different skills. Two dedicated classes of guided and supervised practice let you practise the complete process, receive feedback, and build confidence in holding the work.

  12. A training manual

You receive a training manual to return to before a session, and long after the training ends, so you are not relying on the notes you took in a live class.

  13. Handholding through the real learning challenges

The real learning challenges arrive after the last class, with your first clients. So the learning does not end there: for three more months you have continued support, case discussions and guidance as you integrate the work into your practice.

  14. Build the practice around the work

A skill you cannot offer helps no one. You learn the practical side too: consultation calls, client suitability, practice structure, ethical marketing and pricing, so you can integrate womb healing into your professional practice responsibly.

What makes it different

It is more than a training in womb regression. You receive a complete therapeutic framework: a map to understand early-life imprints, a process to work with them, demonstrations to see it in action, practice to develop the skill, and continued handholding as you begin to use it.

You do not just leave knowing the technique. You leave knowing how to work with it.

04  ·  The nine imprints

What are the nine womb imprints?

The nine womb imprints are nine distinct stages of early experience. They begin nine months before conception and run through the first six years of life, and each stage has its own imprints, decisions and therapeutic interventions. They are not the nine months of pregnancy.

  1. Nine Months Before Conception

The physical, emotional, relational and spiritual context around the parents as they prepare for conception.

  2. The Conception Event

The circumstances and emotional environment surrounding conception itself, the very beginning of life.

  3. Discovery of Pregnancy

What happened when the pregnancy became known: acceptance, joy, fear, rejection, uncertainty or conflict.

  4. The Father’s Reaction

The father’s response to the news, and how it relates to belonging, protection, acceptance and connection.

  5. The Duration of Pregnancy

The experiences and emotional environment surrounding the mother and the developing child throughout the pregnancy.

  6. The Birth Process

The transition from womb to world, including experiences of intervention, separation, urgency, difficulty or ease.

  7. The First Week After Birth

The earliest experiences of contact, separation, care, safety and belonging.

  8. The First Year

Attachment, dependence, trust, safety, and the beginning of separation.

  9. The First Six Years

The gradual development of a separate sense of self while remaining connected to the mother and the family.

The five stages that most womb work leaves out are the ones that reach back before conception, give the father’s reaction a stage of its own, and carry forward past birth into the first week, the first year and the first six years.

Knowing the nine stages is only the beginning. In the training you learn how each imprint may show up in a client’s current life, how to trace the connection, and how to work with each stage.

05  ·  What you will learn

What you will be able to do afterwards.

  • The nine stages of womb imprints, with the decisions and interventions specific to each stage.
  • How to trace and connect these imprints to your client's current life challenges.
  • Safe regression and release practices, to gently access womb memories without flooding the client.
  • How to help release stored trauma and rewire limiting neural pathways.
  • How to facilitate womb conversations that heal abandonment, rejection, survival fears, grief and belonging wounds.
  • How to integrate this work into your existing practice as a healer, coach, therapist or wellness guide, ethically and impactfully.
  • How to conduct the consultation call that decides whether this work is appropriate for a given client at all.

06  ·  The 12 classes

Concept, then process, then practice.

Most trainings stop at either theory or practice. This one gives you conceptual clarity, applied skill, and professional readiness, across twelve weekly live classes of 120 minutes.

  1. Class 1

    Theory and foundations

Learn the nine womb imprints: what each stage represents, the patterns that belong to it, and how it may show up in a client’s current problems.
  2. Class 2

    The womb healing process

Learn the complete process step by step: how to assess, how to access the imprint, how to work through it, and how to move towards healing and regeneration.
  3. Class 3

    Step-by-step live demonstration

Watch the process applied in real time. The demonstration is then broken down and discussed step by step, so you understand what was done, why it was done, and how to recognise similar moments in your own work.
  4. Class 4

    Full-length live demonstration

Watch a complete womb healing session from beginning to end, and see how the process flows naturally with a client.
  5. Class 5

    Exceptional and complex cases

Learn how to approach IVF, surrogacy, adoption, twin and multiple pregnancies, miscarriage, abortion and stillbirth, and how the framework adapts when the conception, pregnancy or birth story is different.
  6. Class 6

Live demonstration: womb healing with a man

Watch a complete demonstration with a male client and explore the specific considerations involved.
  7. Class 7

Live demonstration: a mother and her children’s womb memories

Watch a demonstration with a mother who wants to explore and heal her own womb memories in relation to her children.
  8. Class 8

    Ethics, safety and integration

Learn client suitability, ethical boundaries, safety and practitioner responsibility, and how to integrate womb healing into your existing practice.
  9. Class 9

    Building your practice

Learn how to set up your practice, explain womb healing clearly, conduct a consultation call, assess whether the work is appropriate, and structure and price your offer.
  10. Class 10

    Doubt resolution

Bring your questions, your confusion and your difficult cases, and resolve your doubts before you move into guided practice.
  11. Class 11

    Guided and supervised practice

Practise the complete process under guidance and supervision. Receive feedback and refine your skills by doing the work.
  12. Class 12

    Supervised practice, continued

Continue supervised practice, receive feedback, and strengthen your confidence in holding the process.

One more thing worth saying. Several students have applied this with clients within days of finishing, and told me what happened. Immediately is not the same as casually, which is exactly why the container and consultation work sits inside the training rather than being left to your judgement.

08  ·  Student stories

From practitioners who took it into their own practice.

I recently completed the womb healing course and immediately began applying it with my clients… A 44-year-old gentleman came to me saying he has felt restless his entire life and could never focus on anything. He had tried multiple approaches before. After the session, he shared that something dissolved, and he received new insights for the first time in years… Another client, an IT engineer, released 22 years of workaholic conditioning. I have personally trained in 50+ modalities related to reading, healing, and coaching — and yet I can wholeheartedly say that what I learned in this program has been unique, powerful, and deeply eye-opening.

I already knew about Womb Healing and the four imprints that are usually discussed, but through Sneha's Womb Healing program, I discovered that there are actually nine. That alone shifted so much for me. I also started understanding my son's patterns — the imprints he is carrying today — and realised how some of those have come from me, and how I, in turn, received them from my mother.

The way you explain the modality is so clear and transparent — there are absolutely no hidden concepts. You broke down each detail so beautifully, even explaining how every tone of the voice is used inside the Womb Healing process.

Womb Healing is a modality that is beneficial for everyone, irrespective of gender. It is a powerful practice that allows us to trace challenges back to their root and resolve the core causes of emotional or energetic issues.

The Womb Healing practitioner training was short, crisp and deep and intense… as we aid in the healing of our clients, using this, a part of our womb feels healed too. Those unseen, unheard parts of our womb, our self and our mother get to be finally seen and heard… I could put it to use immediately with my clients.

I'm getting more clear about the source and the energies I don't want to work with. Also the intention part wow! It's like detaching from the stigmas around healing like crystals chakras and going beyond… I've been looking for someone and something like this for a long time and I'm grateful I got it.

09  ·  Questions

Womb healing training, answered plainly.

What will I learn in this training?

You learn to take a client safely through womb regression, womb healing and womb regeneration, within a single session. That means reaching the early imprint, working with the emotions, beliefs and patterns connected to it, and then creating space for something new. You learn all nine stages of womb imprints, and how to trace each one to what a client is living through today.

What will I be able to do after the womb healing training?

Trace the nine stages of womb imprints and connect them to a client's present-day challenges. Guide safe regression and release practices. Support clients to rewire limiting neural pathways. Facilitate womb conversations that address abandonment, rejection, survival fears, grief and belonging wounds. And integrate all of it into the practice you already have, rather than bolting on another separate modality.

Why is womb healing important?

The womb is our first home. What a mother lives through during pregnancy can leave lasting impressions on the child she is carrying, and the emotions absorbed in that time can shape how we see ourselves and how we see the world. When a struggle began that early, work that starts in childhood often cannot reach it. Womb healing is a way to work with that earliest layer.

How long is the training and what does it cost?

Three months of live training, then three months of continued handholding. The live part is twelve weekly classes of 120 minutes on Zoom, with four live demonstrations, supervised practice and lifetime access to the recordings. The investment is ₹50,000.

Do I need prior training to join?

No. You can come to this work as an absolute beginner. It is equally valuable if you are an experienced practitioner, therapist, space holder or facilitator. One student who had already trained in more than fifty modalities called what they learned here unique, powerful and deeply eye-opening. Beginner or veteran, the programme meets you where you are.

Is the training suitable for beginners?

Yes. It is beginner friendly. You learn the concept thoroughly first, and then the entire process is taught in detail, step by step. After that you watch four live demonstrations, there is a dedicated class for clearing your doubts, and you practise under guidance and supervision. You also have three months of continued handholding after the last class, so you are not left alone with your first clients.

Will the class recordings be available afterwards?

Yes. You have lifetime access to the class recordings.

Is there support after the training ends?

Yes. After the twelve classes you have three months of continued handholding through the learning community. You can ask your questions, clarify your doubts and discuss real cases as you begin using the work.

Can I use this with clients straight away?

Yes, and several students have. One began using the work with clients straight after the training, and told me about a client who released 22 years of workaholic conditioning. Immediately is not the same as casually, though. Before you work with anyone you practise the full process under supervision, and you learn the consultation and container work so that you do not open this layer in someone without knowing how to close it. Then, for three months, you can bring your real cases back to the learning community.

Are there criteria for the clients I can take on?

Yes. The main one is age: a client should be at least 24 to 25 years old. Research on brain development suggests the prefrontal cortex, the part of the brain involved in judgement and self-regulation, keeps maturing into the mid-twenties, and this work asks a lot of both. The training also covers how to assess client suitability in a consultation call, so you know when womb work is appropriate and when it is not.

Can I use this training to heal myself?

No. This is a practitioner training, so it teaches you to work with clients, and it is not designed for self-healing. What you will gain is a great deal of clarity and awareness about your own early story. If you want to work on your own womb imprints, that is a session with a practitioner, and you can read about it on the womb healing page.

Is womb healing only for women?

No. Womb healing is for every person who has lived in their mother’s womb, which is everyone. The training includes a complete live demonstration of womb healing with a man, so you see the specific considerations involved.

Will I be able to heal my children’s womb memories after this training?

Ideally, no. Your child’s experience in the womb was very different from what you felt as the mother carrying them, so your own felt sense is not a reliable guide to theirs. What the training does cover is a mother working with her own womb memories in relation to her children, and one of the four live demonstrations shows that.

When is the next womb healing training?

Dates for upcoming batches are announced to my list first and posted here when confirmed. Write to me and I will tell you what is next.
