What to Do When Clients Understand — But Still Struggle

Trauma-Informed Therapist, Trainer & Coach
By the time she arrived, her mother’s womb was already tired.
It had loved before.
Cared before.
Stayed awake through long nights of giving.
So when this new life began, love was there.
But so was exhaustion.
A body stretched thin.
A mind carrying too much.
A quiet question no one said out loud:
Will there be enough of me for everyone?
That question became the first feeling her body learned.
And without knowing it, a vow formed:
I’ll make it easy.
I won’t ask for much.
I’ll earn my place.
Years later, this is the client many of you meet.
She’s aware.
She’s worked on herself.
She understands her childhood and her family patterns.
She has done inner child work.
She has explored ancestral stories.
And still… something doesn’t change.
She keeps over-giving.
She struggles to rest.
She feels guilty for having needs.
Not because she doesn’t understand.
But because this didn’t start in the mind.
It started before words.
Inside the womb.
This is where many practitioners feel stuck.
You can sense the depth.
You know there’s something earlier than attachment or beliefs.
But you don’t always know how to reach it safely.
This is where womb healing comes in.
It helps you:
- Work with patterns that formed before birth
- Recognise womb-level vows like “don’t need too much”
- Support the nervous system to release these patterns gently
- Help clients stop earning love and start feeling safe in it
This is what we teach inside the Womb Healing Practitioner Training.
💬 Here’s what one of my students shared:

If you sense there’s an earlier layer calling for attention…
This training gives you the clarity and skill to go there.
Not to add another technique.
But to work at the root.
