Jeena isi ka naam hai

Trauma-Informed Therapist, Trainer & Coach
There is a moment when the account gets credited.
A notification.
A number.
A fleeting smile.
A quiet, okay… we’re fine.
And then it fades.
Because money, even when it matters, has a very short emotional life.
What stays with me begins after the session.
That quiet moment when I watch a human bloom.
Recently, I worked with a man.
On paper, he had clarity.
A vision.
A plan.
But his body told another story.
It was carrying a life that wasn’t his —
his elder sister, who hadn’t survived beyond a few months.
Somewhere inside that loss, he had learned to wait.
To postpone himself.
To live carefully.
As if life wasn’t fully his to take.
In the womb healing session, I didn’t give advice.
I didn’t push him toward courage.
I didn’t motivate.
His body did something far more honest.
It exhaled.
Deeply.
Fully.
As if it finally remembered: this life is mine.
In that moment, something shifted — not in his thoughts, but in his cells.
He wasn’t trying to live anymore.
He was living.
I felt it in my chest.
That sacred swell —
of gratitude, humility, awe.
The kind that makes every late night, every doubt, every year of study, every ounce of devotion worth it.
Because in that moment, I know:
I matter.
My work matters.
I am creating a difference on this earth.
Not loudly.
Not visibly.
But deeply.
And in moments like these, a line from my favourite song rises inside me — not as poetry, but as truth:
“Ki mar ke bhi kisi ko yaad aayenge.”
Because the lives we touch never really forget us.
“Kisike aansuon mein muskuraenge.”
Because somewhere, someone will breathe easier, love softer, live braver — and not even know why.
“Kahega phool har kali se baar baar.”
Because healing spreads quietly, one nervous system to another.
“Jeena isi ka naam hai.”
This is what living feels like to me.
Not just earning.
Not just surviving.
But leaving something softer, kinder, freer behind.
This is the part no payment notification can ever capture.
The knowing that someone will love with less fear.
That a child will grow up with a calmer parent.
That a partner will receive presence instead of withdrawal.
That a family line will carry less burden forward.
One session.
And ripples I will never fully see.
This is why I do this work.
And this is why I teach it.
The Womb Healing Practitioner Training was not created to add another skill.
It was created to pass on a way of working that touches life at its roots —
where breath, body, memory, and soul meet.
So that when my students work,
my depth becomes their baseline.
And the ripples continue.
Because when I witness a human blooming into their full potential —
when smiles finally reach the eyes,
when love flows freely,
when life is chosen fully —
I know, without question:
I matter.
My work matters.
And this life…
jeena isi ka naam hai.
